Stayed just for one night while we’ve visited beautiful city of Valencia. Room looked like it was newly renovated, was absolutely huge, bright and nicely decorated. I’ve fallen in love with the bed, not sure what kind of mattress they use but I can’t remember when was the last time I had such an amazing sleep. Clean and big shower, hairdryer in the bathroom. Keep in mind that due to its location it could get a little noisy during the night (again I slept like a baby on this bed so didn’t mind it at all), but a short walk to all of the main attractions certainly makes up for it. Friendly and helpful receptionist, they let us leave our luggage in the common area after we’ve checked out. Overall experience 5/5, would totally reccomend!

I was going to go in June of last year, and my partner had a foot fracture (I sent them a photo of the casted leg), and they responded after the cancellation that we would be waiting for a future reservation change, without specifying that this period was one month as they now claim. My partner was on leave for months. I am calling now to have them fulfill their promise, and they claim that almost a year has passed and that it does not count, that as in the first instance they indicated it would be in a month, but as I said, the leave was extended for three months. What bothers me about this situation is that they claim this now when I have an email that does not indicate any specific deadline. I find the treatment and empathy shown by the person who answered the phone today, 05/26/26 at 12:09, to be shameful, and they also did not give their name.
