We arrived at this hotel at 11am…it is still 5pm and still waiting for a room…Cristian is a little boy with a small mind…little knowledge on customer care or service.

The hotel is close to the City of Arts and Sciences, so it is not totally central. The room is fine, it is spacious with a large bathroom. The rest and the mattress are very good. Breakfast is fine but the management for entering is a disaster because there is only one person in charge of assigning tables and it is very slow, lines of more than 20 people form. In addition, the table area is quite small. Otherwise it is a great hotel but the prices seem exorbitant to me even for Valencia.

Got here at 1400 only to sit until 1700 before being given a room. Then we went to use the restaurant which was closed we had 3 burgers no fries as described. The staff in the restaurant was rude and had as much as charisma as a wet fish. Frankly disappointed and let down wish we had beeen placed elsewhere.
