I was there in the month of August with my family (husband and my children) and it was a magnificent experience. All the staff were super attentive and super friendly, starting from reception, moving on to the rest of the services. It is worth mentioning Amanda at reception, Ana the manager who was always willing to help at all times, the entire entertainment team, especially Elsa and Julia, always with a smile on their faces, and the dining room team. It is true that the cafeteria service waiters are more serious but professional at all times. Excellent stay, I recommend it without a doubt and I will return. Perfect location
