Ribera Del Duero

Customer service as per previous negative feedback you can found on here and booking.com. I should have know better!!! Had to cancel with at least 48 hours notice and had to pay the cancellation fee despite medical reason provided. I will be back - but not in that hotel!

The building is a former flour mill with a stylish façade and rooms not so styled but comfortable and well-equipped, although the views are generally bland, not to say ugly. Good value and ideal to explore the neighboring cellars of the renowned Ribera de Duero wine region (Protos, the oldest of them, is at a walking distance). The most negative aspect, which from here I encourage to correct, is the amazingly poor breakfast (quality and quantity!).

Spend one night here on a trip to wineries in the region. I must say my expectations were a bit higher when booking. We stayed in a large but basic room with not much furniture and low quality renovation being made. No complaints on the cleanliness. Restaurant was closed on this day and did not visit the cafe, so no comments. Pricing is okish for what you get. Will work if looking to spend a night here, the town is nice and interesting wineries nearby. No wifi in rooms, only in the lobby.
