We stayed only one night, and the experience was great, the room very quiet spacious and warm (outside towards well cold) good views towards the village,
It's on top of a hill, which impresses on arrival, parks smoothly,
As soon as we arrived Borja attended us, and taught us everything we needed, with a very friendly treatment.
It has two terraces (one with swimming pool) and different lounges that can be enjoyed.
Breakfast buffet was great and dinner, what we ate was great, the waiter's treatment was great.
We also visited a church from the XXII century (I think I remember) that is from the hotel and have it as a barrel bedroom, curious,
A pleasant place that we will consider for future getaways in the area,

In mid-November we decided to make a trip to the interior of Spain because at that time the coast did not attract us.When we went as a couple we wanted a hotel with history and charm, and the truth is that we got the choice right. We arrived at night and the truth that impressed as you climb the road to the hotel, because it is totally on a high, because we were told that it was the highest castle in the province of Valladolid.
Once inside you realize what the castle was, sober stone walls, considerable heights and everything in all according to the history and place in which it is.
The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The staff, with special mention to Borja, very attentive and helpful. We had occasion to dine in your restaurant and everything right. The views from your terrace, with its pool, are impressive.
I recommend it for couples, romantically, because they will feel at home but in a real castle.

The hotel, structurally, is wonderful but the cleanliness and staff leave much to be desired
It was a gift from my friends and everything was great except dinner which was included that you could not eat anything. My husband ordered the cod and that was chewing only salt and I ordered the tenderloin and it was a cooked meat with a mushroom sauce (supposed) that was water, without any flavor.
On the other hand, we arrived at reception and waited more than 10 minutes for them to attend us because nobody appeared there despite ringing a doorbell that they had several times and on top of that they tell us that we have not warned them.
The room was a suite and was fine I missed being a suite some typical details of these rooms like slippers and bathrobe, but well, that can be passed. Another thing that was scarce, if not almost nonexistent were the bathroom amenities.
