My experience was very bad we arrived at 10 o'clock in the evening rained pitchers at the door of the hotel there was a phone call and we had to go to reception to make chekin q is in the same street about 30 meters with the bags and raining pitchers then back to the hotel the room was icy all night we passed total cold q at 8 o'clock in the morning I went to reception to tell him that we were leaving if we were paid the night we had left of stay they told me not to pay cash and it turns out that a week ago I come in charge of my card the 2 nights of hotel q was our reservation , I have been trying to contact them by Imail SMS and there is no way or by Imail either. An embarrassment I call at all hours to the hotel and there is no way to contact them the truth q do not seem Basque.
