The location is perfect. Super central to everything. The hotel is not bad at all. The staff are charming, both at reception and in the café. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. The shower sometimes got very cold or very hot; you have to get the hang of it. But what we did not find satisfactory. That there was no coffee maker with some capsules and tea. I asked, and they told me that those were for superior rooms. I believe that for the price we paid, it was the least they could offer as a courtesy, as there wasn't even a bottle of water. This is the first hotel we have stayed in that does not provide tea, coffee, or water. The category is not the highest compared to other hotels where they really have many more details. But in other cities, similar hotels to this one are better prepared for a couple of nights and have a few more details. Not the room without more. There are many restaurants and shops around. Buses, trains, taxis. Everything is very central, just a block from El Corte Inglés. And all the well-known shops. A restaurant just three steps from the hotel, very good for lunch and dinner. The hotel is fine for a couple of days. The Spanish channels on television are not available. They say there is no signal. We recommend that they have some detail for the guest, like tea and coffee, if you wake up very early or want tea in the afternoon. Something so simple makes the customer happy and they would return. It is not that it is so cheap to not have such a simple detail.

Room felt a bit clinical & characterless but was very clean. Very comfortable beds. Very quiet room ensuring good nights rest after busy days. However, we had decided to go room only. We thought we might at least have had tea & coffee in the room…But no. After asking they did provide a kettle but only decaf coffee and only herbal tea. No cups or teaspoons provided. Had to make in a glass. We were also only provided with one bath and one hand towel. So that was something else we had to ask for. Staff in breakfast room rude. Didn’t feel welcome there so went out for breakfast.

The hotel room was clean and roomy. The staff were friendly and helpful and the location is really good.
