Stayed on the fourth floor mattresses slept we left with horrible back pain is like sleeping on a board. Regular cleaning, we were stained with a sheet the first night and made the bed without changing it. Unacceptable in another 4 star hotel. There were cloth curtains in the velux when moving it dust fell.... Nothing recommended
