Zenit Dos Infantas

This Hotel is OVER the top for a wonderful place to stay in Zamora. They have garage parking and very spacious, clean apartments with all the comforts of home. Ours has a washing machine, refrigerator, and everything we need to cook with. I’m an American who’s traveled all over Europe and suggest this vacation as the BEST. Finally, Dos Infantas is in walking distance of all Zamora’s attractions, restaurants, and shopping. The staff are all bi-lingual and as polite as any Southern American you’ll meet.

We have stayed for three nights. The attention from the entire team has been excellent. I want to highlight David during breakfast, who was helpful, attentive, and kind. The dinners were very good, and the garlic soup was perfect. A hotel with great attention. We requested a room change, and they accommodated us, thank you.

Pro: Details and good service in the welcome. Friendly and attentive. The apartment very clean, modern, functional. Actually, very good. A 10 in accommodation and almost all workers. Against: Elevator of the apartments small to go with cart. The forklift to access the elevators is very slow. There's a waiter who saw me with the puppy in my hand, the kid crying, and if I don't tell him anything, he'd just keep ignoring me. An "apology wants something" would be enough even to tell me you can't attend to me. Then I knew they were about to close, but the waiter wasn't homeworked, he just ignored me. Honestly, we have left with a very bad taste in our mouths, being something so simple: Respect and attention. Council: Coffee hours are until 12. Then you can't take anything. If you ask to heat baby food specify times to avoid food that hurts. It is in the center, so there is atmosphere (for better and worse).
