Terrible, I have stayed in many 4 star hotels and this is the worst by far, in short. -Hotel parking in different building and upstairs 2 floors of stairs without elevator, suitcase at shoulder. -Not a single amenity, no comb or beanie or brush or razor, but the worst is that they don't put a glass. Of course there is no courtesy water Noisy at night, you hear the elevator and shower upstairs, as the water falls. Worst breakfast buffet, no juices, just a bottle with what is supposed to be apple, past fruit, dried cheeses. You have to mount your table, there are no fried eggs and the beacon was cold. - Clean room but hall and dirty elevator I'd only come back to this hotel if I didn't find a place in all of Zaragoza.

We stayed 2 nights in this 4 star hotel... excellent cleaning but be careful: if you bring a dog the room is not redone, by choice of internal policy... they make you sign their animal policy with various inhibitions by animals... they give you a welcome bag for the dog... basically 3 stars

We travel with two children and the rooms we usually find are quite fair for the 4, in this case the quadruple room has an excellent size and there are two single beds together and separated by a door of the "marriage" area that has a huge bed. The bathroom is great with a bathtub. Good soundproofing of the hallway and street. It has coffee machine on the ground floor with capsules free of charge, a fantastic detail without doubt. When I get back I'll repeat for sure.
