NH Gran Hotel Zaragoza

I stay in NH Collection Gran Hotel de Zaragoza for around 1 month for business trip, in the room of 202.. it's great hotel in city center, giving you excellent convenience to city walk, the service in front desk, in room cleaning, in reception, are all very warm and polite and enthusiastic, last thing has to be reminded is the extraordinary breakfast in an beautiful and elegant hall. Thanks!

We travel a lot and often stay at NH Collection. The cleanliness in this hotel does not meet what we expect from NH Collection. Although we are Platinum members, we received a room that was in very poor condition, and the cleanliness was worse than poor.

Excellent stay in Zaragoza at the GRAN HOTEL. Ideally located in the city center, the rooms are spacious, clean, and the welcome is wonderful. Special mention to the staff who handle forgotten luggage; they were very responsive and facilitated the delivery of the package. Thank you for everything!
