Palm Beach

First of all, I would like to thank Supun (The Manager) for arranging everything perfectly. everything was on time. the staff there was very friendly and helpful. The Bartender and the waiter who was doing my party was very good, they knew exactly what the guests needed and provided everything on time without me being there. they asked me what to do and what to do for the guests. I ordered Hoppers and Kottu stations, everyone who came there said the food was top class. everything was great. we had a great time there. Thank you to the staff for the great service.

Good place for those who want a budget hotel with that calm and quiet environment. Friendly staff and place kept clean and well maintained. The beach is a little away from the hotel but still within the proximity to many places of interest.

Cheap i Made my reservation for 2 night with Mr. Vishava over the phone which is great and I have agreed to pay extra for early check in and for late check out. Upon arrival checking was smooth though no one was there to assist us with luggage. Roshan was good enough handing the customers . (29th at 4:30-5:00am) But the person who came out with super casual cloths (short and T-shirt), introducing him self as a hotel manager start to argue with me out of no where and interrupted to check in process. He was asking is this my first time coming to A HOTEL , and if I’m coming from village to the city . Such a horrible person . Suranga. Checking to the room , telephone not working ( if you need something you need to use your personal mobile to call to the hotel ) Balcony is full of dust and use cups from previous guests. Taps are not working and shower is leaking . There’s no engineering team or housekeeping team to assist the customers. Poor hotel . It’s not about the equipment it’s all about the horrible impression that we faced with suranga I will never return to this place and I will never ever recommend this place to any one . Super cheap place. Speaking with level 1. Staff they have mentioned there’s no staff to work as they all left because of the hotel manager . Location is very nice and atmosphere. But never ever again. Thanks to sunimal to assist us with few requests ( sorry if I mis spell your name ) Poor management
