Nice welcome. Kind and helpful staff. A single flaw. My partner and I wanted to place a room service order for dinner, it took us 15 min just to be able to communicate with someone on the phone. Every time we dialed the number they would answer and after 1 second they would hang up or they wouldn't answer. Finally after the umpteenth attempt we managed to speak with someone who didn't understand English well, so we also struggled to make ourselves understood but at a certain point they hung up the line. So my partner decided to go down to the reception himself to complete the order, this is not normal for a 5-star hotel. The girl who took the order struggled a lot to understand what he wanted to eat, so it confirmed the fact that she didn't know how to speak English. When the dinner arrived in the room the girl asked “cash or card” we answered “card” and she replied that she didn't have the machine and that she had forgotten it, subsequently she asked us to sign the receipt so we asked her for a pen and she had forgotten that too. We had to wait for you to go and retrieve everything so we could eat, so we ate cold food. For a 5-star hotel, this type of service is unacceptable. I am sorry, Room service needs to be reviewed; the rest was fine.

If I could have given a zero-star rating, I would have selected that option! Dirty room, full of mold, inaccessible terrace full of crow droppings; we asked to change rooms, but it was not possible because there were no free rooms. In the shower stall, we found a clump of hair forgotten by the previous guests!!! The only thing I can save is the kitchen, if it didn't have the dining room with stained chairs. CATEGORICAL NO! GO ELSEWHERE
