A private and remote place from all activities. The hotel is perfectly suited for company stay - tours to the group will be inexpensive. The hotel guide has $100 - $150 per person, the local guide has $150 per group Great place for privacy if you don't like crowds of tourists, garbage on the beach, etc. The hotel is cozy, very clean, rooms are spacious, air conditioning is silent, plumbing is in good condition. The pool is small (not sporty), but great for refreshing and stretching. The cuisine is quite varied, breakfast is continental, lots of fruit. There are restaurants in the area, one opposite and to the right of the hotel exit a few steps - sea food, I recommend. Excursions and trips can also be arranged there. Next about the hotel: at the reception there is always an employee, the area is protected and fenced. The staff is friendly and executive. Recommendations: SIM card buy directly at the airport. Change the money right there. And of course bring sunscreen, hat on your head - the sun is hard. There are no shops near the hotel, we have to go to Ranna (10 min by tuk-tuk).

We were in late January. The hotel really liked it. No frills in eating norms. Beautiful ocean views but swimming is a problem. Walked on the left about 3 km small bay can be bathed but the waves are also big. Also went to the tangalla there swimming was very comfortable, even turtles came. In all of this we were helped by a wonderful kid whom we met on the beach took on a tour to Mirisa, drove the guys to get alcohol and also dropped off after a tour to the fruit market and a big gift shop. Through it excursions cheaper everything safe always arrived on time in general very helped you out we recommend it for all 100. Excursions through the tour operator are more expensive and give little time for inspection so it is better to arrange with locals.

This secluded hotel has a pleasant swimming pool and access to a beautiful sandy beach where swimming is not recommended. The room upstairs was spacious and nice. The gym has limited facilities and had not been used for a long time and would deserve renovation. We do not recommend the dinner buffet which was expensive (6000 LKR). Nevertheless we did not have too much choice as the place is isolated with few other dining options nearby. Breakfast was also tasteless
