We had a very bad experience at this hotel. We stayed for three nights.
On the first day, we discovered that money had gone missing (20,000 rupees, approximately €50). The cash had been hidden at the bottom of a bag, and it was clear that the bag had been searched.
We went to the reception to explain what had happened without accusing anyone. The staff searched our room and reviewed the security camera footage, but they came back without any solution.
They said they could not take responsibility because there was no proof. (Maybe the money just decided to walk away on this own).
We were not offered any compensation: no refund for the stolen 20,000 rupees, no refund for any of our nights, and no gesture of goodwill.
We are very disappointed with how this situation was handled.
