Palm Grove Holiday Inn

Wow what an excellent place Palm Groove is!!!! Can’t recomend this hotel more and such good value considering its very smart, clean, well kept garden and pool etc. So much fun we had here. Great location and helpful staff. Just perfect our time here!! Claudia and Gyles

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing .foods good and served any time new bar amazing next to the big pool .very clam place walking distance to the beach.we relax and had refreshed time in life

I stayed there for almost 3 months at the end of 2020. After struggling with other rooms in Arugam Bay that were always with some issues, finally I felt OK here. Pluses: - quiet place. Easy to rest and sleep. - comfortable hard mattress - AC - the best swimming pool in A Bay - garden around, lots of space - private bar at the property - quiet though - clean - friendly and helpful staff (Tilak, Cristi - english speaking people) - peacocks, birds and flowers at the property. Good surrounding in quiet area - the manager, Tilak, does his job in an excellent way and he makes sure that the guest feels comfortable Minuses: - the bathrooms require some renovation - occasional problems with water pressure in the bathroom - the beds could be 10 cm longer. But overall I slept good there anyway. Like in the title - it is one of just few places in Arugam Bay that will allow you to live comfortably and have a rest and good sleep. And probably the best deal for long term stays.More Date of stay: October 2020
