Camp Ripan

Room size reasonable and equipped with mini kitchen, good bed, warm with the outside temperature of 10 degrees negative for less, hot babyer and with good shower, good cafe from manha, excellent spa with fantastic thermal swimming pools both closed and outdoor in the middle of the snow.

We were 37 people from a tour in Lapland. Breakfast was at 6:30 in the morning. There we were, the whole bus waiting to have breakfast, in a bit of a hurry since we had to continue our trip. They didn't even open the door to avoid letting in the cold. After waiting for 10 minutes, and no one came, we continued our trip without breakfast. This episode says a lot about the lack of seriousness of this establishment.

They didn't open for us to have breakfast; they had committed to serving us breakfast and they didn't do it. We left without breakfast to avoid missing the flight. A tremendous failure to meet their obligation.
