Rummen helt okej. Sauna och spa okej. Night personal not good. Absolutely no feeling and sturbing a good Flow. Big insult to a good paying room

A lot of noise between the rooms sounds through ventilation, clutter with doors, sometimes poor cleanliness in the neighborhood.

The hotel is well located in the middle of Luleå but was very disappointed with the non-existent cleaning! We stayed at the hotel for 5 nights and did not get cleaned and refilled once!! Even though we hung a note on the door about the desired cleaning and we told the cleaning staff that we wanted to clean! Got back a snappy comment!
