Best Western Hotel Anno 1937

Good location in the center part of Kristianstad. Nice overall interiör at the place. The room (206) was in ok overall condition, except from the bed quilt. That one was heavy and as I result the sleep quality was not very good. Breakfast was ok/standard. But I had to pay 2410 SEK for one night in a small single room, and I couldn't get an upgrade ! as a Diamond Select member as the Hotel was full. Overall ok, but not worth its price at all. Maximum the half (1200) would have been ok...

Went there with a friend to stay over the Euro team handball tournament and it was perfect! Staff sooo nice and we were so lucky to meet the owner, who is not only nice and helpful but also funny and right on par with our humor. Location is great, room was exactly was we wanted and the bed was among the best I have had on hotels. I have back problems, ruptured disks, but always woke up without pain, which is unfortunately not normal for me. We will clearly stay there again for your next tournament trip in the future! Thank you! <3

They told us at check-in that they were NOT a hotel for families with children. Nothing they mentioned when I called and booked for me and my partner and our 1-year-old son. No ramp to pushchair and no high chairs in the restaurant. We didn't feel welcome.
