BEST WESTERN Blommenhof Hotell

Four stars is really to take in, then you have not traveled much if you throw out that rating at this hotel. With that said, it is not a bad hotel as it gets three stars from me and my family. The beds were way too soft and the cleaning so-so when we discovered hair on new towels that were in the room. The spa area was too crowded, not exactly stress-free and private. The inner pool too cold could not be bathed there. Pretty expensive hotel located in Nyköping even though they keep Stockholm's prices. On the positive side, the outdoor pool was nice and warm. Nice setting. Good breakfast and good food. The soap absolutely amazing 5 stars on soap and shampoo has bought the brand after the hotel stay. Free parking in close proximity a plus. To charge extra for bathrobe, I find a bit cheap when you pay 2500 SEK for a night, should be included for that price. Have visited extremely many hotels and spas in Sweden and abroad so my judgement is also based on my own experience of visiting other places. In summary, a mediocre hotel not bad not great, 3 stars.

We booked this hotel on the way up and were really pleasantly surprised. The family room was spacious with large toilet, sofa bed and AC which was very appreciated. The hotel has a cozy garden with plenty to do for the children and also indoors there were drawing corner games and other activities. The breakfast was very good and an extra big plus was that the kids got to come into the spa area. A perfect stop on the way through and we will gladly come back!

Service knowledgeable and friendly staff, cozy SPA, good food and an unexpected surprise to our dogs, many thanks! The only thing to improve is room cleaning.
