The hotel as a whole is okay, the room was initially better than expected when we booked the hotel's cheapest room. But because of the bad beds so lowered the overall experience very much. Perfect breakfast with all the most common breakfast ingredients. The hotel is very clean and comfortable.

I have stayed at this hotel many times over the years, but this was my first time under the new management (BW). Overall, I was really impressed with their service and the recognition I received during my stay. To give some context, I was stranded on a train (on my way to the hotel), which would make it impossible for me to reach the hotel that same evening. I called the hotel, and the gentleman at the reception quickly updated my booking and pushed forward my arrival date by one day at no extra charge. This same gentleman was there to check me in the following day, and he went above and beyond. Keep up the good work, I will be back again soon!

Good city hotel, centrally located. Only 5 subway stations away from the city. From the station, it is only about a 1-minute walk. It is located within a shopping center, which may be a bit unusual, but it provides many stores in close proximity. The room view is not really promising; it is just a city hotel. The bathroom is a bit small, but all amenities are present and functioning. The breakfast is plentiful and balanced. The staff was always active, and there were enough tables available. A patio can even be used. There was a kettle in the room with coffee and tea. The Wi-Fi also works perfectly.
