Quality Hotel Friends

The location is perfect for the Strawberry Arena and the Westfield shopping mall however nothing else around. I paid to upgrade to a Superior Double Room but was given a Standard Double Room, whe I went down to reception to question this I was told quite abruptly the hotel was full and there is nothing that can be done.

Conference with facilities that worked well. Lunch and coffee without queues. Extra luxury with soft ice cream and popcorn. Quick service at lunch, even though we were a fairly large group.

I would not recommend this hotel. They checked me every time I went out or came back to the hotel. It felt very uncomfortable and made the stay difficult.
