Scandic Upplands Vasby

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Me and my family had a very nice stay at Scandic Upplands Väsby. The front desk staff was incredibly nice, professional and helpful from the first moment. One felt really welcome throughout the stay. The staff at the restaurant also deserve extra praise for their friendly and service-oriented approach. The service was excellent and contributed to a very positive experience. The rooms were nice, clean and comfortable, which made the stay extra pleasant. The hotel breakfast was very good with a large and varied selection to suit all tastes. The dinner in the restaurant was also very good and kept high quality. In conclusion, this is a hotel that I highly recommend thanks to the amazing staff, the nice rooms and the good food. I would love to come back!

Disappointed with the service. I asked the reception to make the bed with new sheets, but nothing was done. I expect significantly better service than this in a hotel when I pay for a room. It's the details that make the whole picture, and not even being able to get clean sheets after asking makes me unable to recommend this.

Could not regulate the temperature in the room. No underfloor heating in bathroom, ice cold tiled floor. Bad duvets/duvet covers where everything ended up in a lump on one side. The restaurant added cheese and bacon to the burger without it having been ordered. Then they charged extra for this without informing about it. The burger for adults was as small as the children's burger. Dipping sauce for strips costs extra, but was forgotten and never served. Pricey with parking considering the location. Should be free. Complicated to pay parking, must be done separately. The sauna takes a very long time to heat up. Asked if the staff could put it on in advance, but they could not. They said it only took 15 to 20 minutes, and it took 60 minutes before it was up to 60 degrees.
