Stayat Hotel Apartments Kista

Overall good considering the location and price you pay, rooms are not that clean considering there is no extensive cleaning done in years. half of the stuff is missing or not in working condition, have to ask the support to chnage or fix. Average customer service

Awesom place, right on top of the Kista Galleria. Rooms size is awesome. Only point of improvemnet is on the customer service, if someone can be available 24*7 to atleast greet you when you check in and room service (cleaning).

I was put up in StayAt Kista for over a month. It's on top of the Kista Galleria and right opposite the metro station ; so extremely convenient location. Rooms are fairly decent in size and equipped with a kitchenette and other basic necessities. There is a small refrigerator available. Cleaning happens once every week and it's not of consistently good quality. Getting in and out is hassle free once your cards have been activated. The service desk (when someone is available) is very good and everyone that I interacted with at the reception was extremely polite and helpful. All in all a pretty nice experience.
