A really great hotel. Good service. Very friendly staff. Great dinner. Excellent breakfast. Can really recommend this hotel.

We are super pleased after an incredibly great stay at Hotel Plaza in Karlstad. The hotel delivered on all points and gave us a really good hotel experience! ​Stylish room and good beds: We got a very stylish and shiny clean room with a private balcony, which was incredibly delicious. The beds were amazing good, so here we slept very well. ​Free spa: It was a huge plus that the spa facility was included! It was incredibly nice to be able to completely disconnect there. ​Food and service: Both afternoon pizza/dinner and dinner were included in the stay, and the food tasted great. The service offered through excellent service from start to finish – incredibly friendly and welcoming people! ​All in all a well-established and great hotel. We are brilliantly satisfied and warmly recommend Hotel Plaza!
