Comfort Hotel Winn

Great location, price and friendly staff. Even the breakfast we thought was quite ok despite the bad reviews that many have written. We stayed in a deluxe room that unfortunately had purple glass door and window in the bathroom so when the sun came up at 4:30 it was finished sleeping (see picture). The hotel should quickly install some kind of blackout curtain in the bathroom because this did not feel quite ok 😅. One more minus is that the room lacked fridge which according to us is really mandatory when we stay in a hotel but unfortunately missed it when the booking was made this time.

The house is clean, the restaurant is overpriced and the food ok, but no more. Breakfast pretty meager.

Nice hotel for a pleasure trip to Umeå. Great view from the upper floors and good breakfast. The location is great with 2min walk so you are right in the square. Maybe lack minibar / fridge and possibly a small gym, but at the price it was more than you could expect.
