Clarion Collection Etage

I always enjoy staying at Etage Hotel and I am happy to return here when I visit Västerås. The reception is helpful and welcoming, which makes you feel taken care of right from check-in. Breakfast is good and a big plus is that both afternoon coffee and dinner are included in the hotel price, which gives value for money. The only thing I still react to is the coffee and tea mugs in the restaurant and in the hotel rooms. They have no ears, which makes them difficult to hold when the drink is hot. It's a small detail, but a simple improvement that would elevate the overall experience. A hotel I would love to return to.

Everything perfect. Have stayed here several times. Nothing to complain about. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and the breakfast was great. Will return again o again.

Cosy atmosphere ('home') in the combined reception/bar on the 4th floor. The dinner included in the room rate was great with lots of vegetables to choose from. Breakfast was very good - perfect 8 min eggs and there were Belgian waffles to bake. Cons - an outdated room with no full body mirror and the today mandatory "makeup mirror" for ladies. Fresh bedding/cleaned👍 Parking on the street avoids 225kr/day fee
