Scandic's booking system was down, so we met in person. Get notified that it was not possible to book rooms, even though we were at the reception. Could be back 2 hours later for “then the booking system was probably up again” Didn't get to ice about leaving a phone number or anything that might indicate service convenience...

Our room was cramped, featuring an outdated TV with poor sound quality. Although we pre-booked a breakfast slot, the dining area was completely overcrowded upon arrival. Furthermore, several food items were depleted and never replenished. Lastly, the front desk was frequently unattended, causing delays when we requested access to the gym and during check-out. For one night only its ok.

Quite ok and good location within walking distance to much. Scandic standard. Clean. Good breakfast. Takes like 15.min to walk to the Avenue. 5-6 min to Central Station and Nordstan.
