Best Western Plus Waterfront Hotel

We booked a standard hotelroom but one week before arrival we got the opportunity to upgrade to the suite. That is the best decision we made on this trip. Traveling with a one year old baby it meant the world to us being able to close a (sliding) door in between the bedroom area where the baby slept and the living room. The bed was amazing quite firm mattress just to our liking. play area for the kids was large and nice but remember parents you are responsible for your children’s safety so check the toys, the child before yours might have broken it. Breakfast was quite nice with a large option.

Our favorite hotel as it is beautifully located, has good price and the possibility of parking. In addition, we love the breakfast!

Poor standard and service. The hotel seemed underpowered and the standard of rooms was poor. You see that it is a somewhat older hotel but still expect it to be clean and decent, as it should be a 4 star hotel. Bathroom and shower were nasty and otherwise poorly cleaned. Everything carried a mark of rush, missing towels and a dyne when we got into the room. We had to fill on with towels and toilet paper even later as the hotel had not informed that one must request for laundry every day in the reception before 10:00. poor service and food in the restaurant.
