When I checked out of the hotel, I forgot my black electric toothbrush that was in a black case in the toilet. I discovered it about an hour out of Gothenburg and called the hotel. Where they stated that the hotel room would not be rented during the day. But that they'd go upstairs and search the next day, so call us back. Yes, I did. And was told it hadn't been located! So that means that “someone” stole or lost it! I suggested they check with the staff one more time. And that I would get in touch with any responsible or hotel manager. I'm still waiting, a month later! System failure or dishonest personnel? Worst of all, however, that NO one in charge gets in touch and regrets this. So if you're careful about your stuff. Stay somewhere else!

Hey! Just want to say that the room's send was pretty bad. Our min fridge didn't work, our bedside lights to the bunk bed didn't work. Loose wall socket that is deadly There was something sticky on the carpet where you came in. Not quite what you expect when but pay 4600kr for two nights.

Great location but little trick to get to parking. Breakfast was like that in the selection. Great staff who replenished. Lack of electrical outlets in the room, Room Classic Queen, was not even for the kettle or table fan. Had to put the fan on the dumbbells in the room to get a plug, bad!! We talked to the front desk about it but probably didn't know it was a problem
