Best Western Arena

We stayed at this hotel for 3 days. We asked for cleaning 2 times. The rooms were NEVER cleaned. We have never experienced this at any hotel before. Soap, toilet paper and towels we had to get ourselves. Can not recommend this hotel at all.

Very nice hotel, just 10 minutes walk from the city centre. Good breakfast, huge room, in fact it was a suite! and very friendly staff, specially Aida in reception. Good choice if you’re staying a few days in Vänersborg!

The room was clean, had a decent size, and equipped with useful stuff like: water boiler, coffee, tea, candies ❤️. It is nice that they offer free parking and a decent variety of breakfast served in a cozy area. The staff was helpful and nice. I would return there.
