Ibis Zurich City West

I’ve stayed at Ibis hotels in several countries before, so this wasn’t my first or second experience. As always, the hotel was very good. The location was convenient, and the room was clean and comfortable. What made our stay even better was ( Haissa ) at the front desk. She was always friendly, smiling, proactive, and happy to help with anything we needed. Her excellent service made a real difference. Thank you

The rooms are not large, but they are functionally built around desks. One complimentary bottle of water was included, but there was no additional replenishment during the stay. No refrigerator. No bathtub, of course. Still, hotel prices are surprisingly high. One station by S-Bahn from Hauptbahnhof and two from Airport Station. Uber might be better if there were more than one person from the airport. There is no downtown area in the area, but there are supermarkets and reasonably good restaurants.

We stayed in the Ibis Zurich City West family and it was the best experience! I spent my birthday in Zurich, and when the staff knew it was my birthday, they were extremely kind and welcoming! The employees Fatou, Carlos and Rian helped make the experience and day of my birthday even more special! I wish all the staff were like this, so kind that make the guests want to always come back and indicate! It was definitely a wonderful experience and I point out with my eyes closed!
