Opera Hotel

Beautiful hotel with friendly staff

I stayed here for one night in June before flying home. Very comfortable hotel. The lobby is upscale and the rooms have AC (necessary since it was in the 90s when I was there). It's in a quiet location, but easy to walk to the lake, Opera or any location in Old Town. The staff was very nice. One minor suggestion... two of our three hotels in Switzerland only had a wall mounted shampoo/body wash dispenser and no conditioner. As an American traveler, I'm used to more toiletries. I think that could be an easy fix to match the vibe and price point of this hotel. Overall though, this hotel was a great choice to end our stay in Switzerland.

Spent one night. Decent room. But located on the first floor above the reception with people discussing until the end of the night on the sofas provided. And awakened at 5:30 AM by the delivery trucks… there are better locations.
