Steigenberger Bellerive au lac

My wife and I enjoyed this hotel for a stay sadly abbreviated by airline delay. We had a balcony room overlooking the lake. The room was excellent in appointments, clean, spacious and comfortable. The hotel is well-located and the staff with whom we interacted were unfailingly polite, knowledgeable and helpful. Breakfast was superb. While on the expensive side, I would not hesitate to return again. Kudos!

Truly incredible service, especially from Jordi who made sure every aspect of our stay was perfect (rooms ready when we arrived early, great ideas for seeing the city, etc). Beautiful, clean, spacious rooms. Great for families (was traveling with two children). Outstanding breakfast. Can't wait to return!
