Not A good hotel one staff at Reception was very Rude No fans no water no Clean Rooms over all Bad experience

This is the worst hotel I have ever visited. The room was very dirty, full of mold and had both insects and reptiles. Spindle tissue and dust. The wallpaper was torn and hung on the walls. Dirty and nasty. One can get sick of living here. The staff was incredibly freaky and poorly serviced. I was told that this was not the hotel's problem and that the room was already paid for. The hotel is old and carries the mark of poor maintenance. The lock in the room was very difficult. There were also workers who walked around in the stalls and nothing that shielded the view of the bathroom when one was in the toilet. This was very unpleasant. The breakfast was also unappetizing. Several of the guests picked up the food along the way and left behind in the buffet again. We walked from breakfast without eating anything and checked out as soon as we could. I have traveled a lot, but this is the worst hotel I have stayed in my whole life. Save your money and control for everything away!!! Glad we had not booked more than one night...

This hotel is 1-star hotel, 2 at its absolute best, but certainly not 3. The maintenance is appalling and the rooms are a jumble of hastily patched-up old parts and random new installations. For instance, one of the three windows was new while the other two were old and difficult to open/close, plus not noise proof. The bathroom door didn’t shut properly at all. The entire hotel was generally mess, as shown in my pictures. There so many brochures in the lobby area, it was rather comical; we called it the hotel of brochures. There is no aircon, so expect to be boiling hot in the warmer months since it is too noisy to keep the windows open over night. But to be fair it was not advertised as such. The breakfast is poor and not very appetising, the staff is friendly enough but probably completely underpaid since they don‘t seem to be fully trained in what they are doing. The location however is great if you are there to explore and not planning on spending much time in the hotel, and everything was clean. Which is why I am giving 2 stars after all.
