Very nice location, beautiful, well-maintained park with lounge chairs, umbrellas, and lake access. A lovely, renovated room with a lake view and balcony. Bathroom not renovated, but it could be upgraded cost-effectively with a new showerhead and a new sink faucet. The breakfast buffet was very good and varied. The entire staff was very friendly and accommodating. Only at check-in would we have appreciated a bit more information (breakfast times, parking fees, coffee bar on the 1st. floor). The coffee bar on the 1st floor is a great idea. Since our room was on a different floor, we only discovered it by chance. On the day of departure, we were able to enjoy the park until the last minute. The offered water bottles for departure are also a nice service. We would be happy to return. Very pleasant and quiet hotel directly on Lake Thun with a lovely park area. My room was large with a side view of the lake. Large selection at breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff. I would gladly come back.

From booking to departure, a friendly, professional approach to guests. We stayed in the Attica apartment with a 1A equipment and kitchen appliances at their finest. The fantastic terrace even invited in November for breakfast in the sun-good, we had wonderful autumn weather. Only, the non-openable window on the 2nd floor. Room was not so pleasant. The bath in 12 degrees Lake Thun after the sauna: It's wonderful. The food in the restaurant very good and the cuvée white and red a discovery
