Miserable… 200.- for a tiny room (sold as superior) with old and broken furniture… mattress bigger than the bed… hanging over, room for 2 but impossible to move around in 2… one chair for 2… balcony with ruined and old furniture! Bathroom approximately 120cm x 150cm… to close the door you have to climb over the toilet! The room was never cleaned… I had to look for the toilet paper myself! Rooms poorly insulated from noisy guests! Breakfast quite poor… little choice and many vacuum-packed products! The church in the square rings every hour at night and the parking lot in front of the hotel is very noisy. Just as the noise coming from the restaurant terrace can be heard in the room! Restaurant: not recommended: bland menus and coming from packages! Only positive point: the 2 restaurant waiters: very kind! For the rest, absolutely not recommended!

The staff are not at all interested in the hotel guests. All very unfriendly except for the one lady who always serves in the morning. She is very nice. Our room was terrible. The room door looks like a bear is trying to break in. It is almost impossible to get in with the card. It takes a lot of patience until the room card is recognized by the reader. The chairs on the balcony are broken. If you want to shower you have to hold the shower gel in your hand. All you can see of the holder is where it used to be. The shower was also dripping. The beds are extremely uncomfortable. Two single beds from the last century were pushed together. There was a huge gap between them. The closet door was broken. And last but not least, on the last day, i.e. an hour before we had to check out, the cleaning lady came into the room despite the clear "do not disturb" sign on the door. Regarding parking. It costs 20 for a week. When checking in, I mistakenly wrote down the last digit of my car registration number. A quarter of an hour later we reported it immediately. The man who was there laughed at us and said that we had to pay twice. (I wouldn't have cared if I had paid 20.- twice). We received two parking fines of 100.- each. So they never reported my car number, even after I asked several times.
