Every stay at The Alpina Gstaad reminds us why we keep coming back. This hotel is truly exceptional, combining breathtaking luxury with the warmest hospitality we’ve ever experienced. It genuinely feels like our home away from home. A special thank you to the incredible General Manager, Nadia, whose leadership is reflected in every detail of the guest experience. The service throughout the hotel is second to none. Salvatore prepared the most delicious homemade pasta especially for us, making every meal unforgettable. At breakfast, Giovanni welcomed us each morning with kindness and impeccable service. Angela at the front desk always made us feel genuinely cared for, while Nuno and Sammy at the concierge went above and beyond to assist with every request. The housekeeping team deserves special recognition—they are simply the best in the world. The rooms are maintained to absolute perfection, and their attention to detail is truly remarkable. At the Italian restaurant,Maria Elena, Alexandros and Guilherme provided outstanding service and made every dinner a wonderful experience. The spa is spectacular, with world-class facilities that offer complete relaxation. A heartfelt thank you to Laura, Raffaela, and Kasya for their professionalism, warmth, and exceptional care. Every single employee at The Alpina Gstaad makes you feel valued, welcomed, and at home. It is rare to find a hotel where every team member consistently delivers such genuine hospitality. Thank you to the entire Alpina Gstaad family. We can’t wait to return to what will always be our favorite hotel and our home away from home.
