Beau-Site

Very friendly and welcoming staff. Very nice hotel with well decorated rooms, clean and spacious. The insulation between rooms can be improved but it did not bother us. The hotel is conveniently located close to the town of the ski resort which can be reached on foot. We had a great stay in this beautiful luxury chalet setting. I will retain the friendliness and professionalism of the friendly staff. I recommend this hotel and wish them all the best.

Unfortunately, we were treated as Not wanting to greet guests in the restaurant. The voucher, which was paid for shortly before, could only be redeemed for one night in a double room. There was no flexibility on the part of the management and we were told the hotel was not obliged to redeem the voucher for food and drinks. We were incredibly surprised, would have liked to know the hotel and maybe even spent our next ski holidays there. If you can reject guests like that, I guess you don't need new customers. It's a shame. We will certainly no longer visit the hotel and give away the voucher well or badly: furthermore, as well-trained hoteliers, we cannot understand what the owner intends with this gait. Unfortunately, not a good reputation.

Large room with mountain view for a good price, outside or inside parking space (not incl. in room rate). The receptionist wasn’t very friendly or helpful, and at no point did she mention any spa or gym… I only discovered the gym on one of her security screens when checking out! The restaurant was closed, only breakfast was available, and the waitress was nice. Everything works but is a bit outdated. You can hear your neighbours move and yawn in their room very well… It would be a nice 3*, but it’s not up to 4* expectations.
