We have been going to this hotel for 7 years now and are still very satisfied!! We celebrated our wedding anniversary and everything was perfect! The staff is more than excellent! Helpful, kind, welcoming. The meals are exceptional! Bravo to the kitchen. The setting, the rooms, everything is magnificent. THANK YOU Central Residence!! Arriving in the room, there was no bath linen. The shower gel dispenser was unusable, the soap was not coming out, we had to go buy some. The bathroom was very dirty, the wall of the shower filled with mold, not to mention the smell of the toilet. At the restaurant, no vegetables were fresh, everything came out of the freezer or cans. All the employees did was complain and talk about their salary: if I am in health insurance, what will I get, how many months I have to work in Switzerland to be able to go to Bali, etc. Not to mention a receptionist's lack of respect for her clients. The room was never cleaned in a week. We booked a cot we've never seen, which earned us two falls from our daughter's bed.
