Beautiful, comfortable hotel, ideally located!! Magnificent view of the Gemmi. A stone's throw from the baths. Breakfast on the terrace is pure bliss.

my fiancée booked the hotel from her home in germany. offer was € 513.00 = chf 477.00 for 3 nights, incl. breakfast. at check-out, hotel charged chf 683.00 incl. 3x chf 12.00 hotel tax. why? owner said, he doesn‘t want €uros and does own exchange rate for that miniature roon, whixh he call a „comfort room“ ==> no space for luggage. DO NOT BOOK THERE! you‘ll be cheated!

DON'T come here if you have babies!! The owner kept harassing us throughout dinner because our 8 month old baby as babbling just a bit loud ( in low season with only 2-3 tables busy). Even at breakfast the lady told us the baby cannot play with the spoon because it can be loud. SERIOUSLY!!?? What type of hotel is this. Also, the very old elevator is a ticking bomb to getting stuck and calling the firefighters. I WOULD NEVER recommend this hotel to anybody. It's seriously lacking manners and class.
