Des Alpes

We had a great stay at Hôtel des Alpes in Geneva. When we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised that we were able to check in early, which we really appreciated after traveling. Initially, we were given a room that wasn’t in the best condition, but after mentioning it to the staff, they immediately took action and changed our room. We were very happy with how quickly and professionally they handled the situation. The rest of our stay was wonderful. The beds were comfortable, and everything felt clean and cozy. The breakfast was also very good, with a nice variety of options. We did miss having a few more vegetables available, but overall it was still enjoyable, you can’t have everything! The location is excellent: just a few minutes’ walk to the city center and very close to the train station, which made getting around extremely easy. Overall, a very pleasant stay and we would definitely consider coming back.

This hotel is well located near Cornavin Station. It’s a simple hotel. Excellent breakfast. Hospitable and helpful staff. My first choice for Geneva.

Perfect hotel for exploring the city. Friendly helpful staff. Comfy bed. Nice toiletries Nice breakfast choice, with fruit and good coffee. Close to railway station and tram/bus stops. Lots of restaurants and bars nearby 7 mins walk to lakeside
