Epsom

A beautiful, clean, air-conditioned hotel with a bidet; I would book it again later.

The hotel was fantastic and incredibly helpful. They kindly allowed us an earlier check-in as our room was ready, and the complimentary drink and mini tasting in the restaurant were such a lovely touch after a very busy day. The family connecting rooms were perfect, giving the kids their own space while still allowing us to be close by and easily accessible. It made our stay feel comfortable and relaxed from the moment we arrived.

We were only in Geneva for one day while awaiting an early flight home. The location was convenient to the lake and in walking distance to Old Town and a variety of stores and restaurants. The room was beautifully appointed and comfortable. The staff were courteous and very helpful. My only regret is that we weren’t staying longer!
