As a business owner, I commend the owner of this hotel. Seriously outstanding job, sir. The only hiccup I had was I filled out the online form for airport pick up, but somehow it didn’t get through. However, the concierge was on it and apologetic. I was choosing between the Four Seasons, St. Regis and this hotel. This will be my go to Geneva, Hotel. I mean the level of service is perfection I did not encounter anybody that was not exceptional. However, these people I interacted with daily and they were outstanding. Sebastian concierge Max valet Pierto concierge Anais and Virginia Hotel front desk Justine waitress Alix busboy ? Paul concierge Simone pool ( he even remembered my name and where I had sat by the pool the previous day) Lionel at breakfast Pros: staff, location, the Rive Droite Bouef Swiss dinner, the housekeeping staff unbelievably amazing! Seriously, the best housekeeping staff I have ever encountered. They went above and beyond. They arranged my items and folded my clothes. The room was always spotless. Absolutely stay here and get a room with a Lakeview! If you want to be treated like royalty, this is the hotel!

This is a very nice hotel on the lake. Every staff member that I interacted with was truly great. I do, however, need to give a shout out to a member of the bar staff: Daniel. Not only is he one of those people that anticipates your needs (as in almost psychic), but we’d mention an issue at the hotel in passing and he would immediately get it resolved. I doubt that Barman/Concierge is an official position at the hotel, but that seemed to be his role throughout our stay. I really cannot praise him enough. He really made our stay a memorable one.

This is a beautiful hotel with a lovely view of the lake. Our room was comfortable and quiet, and the selection at the breakfast buffet was ample and varied. Concierge service was impeccable, with special thanks to Pedro and Dylan for their assistance.
