We spent some 2 quiet nichts in this lovely hotel. Good beds, spacious rooms, exceptionally friendly host/ reception Peter! It's a long time since we had such a friendly welcome in a hotel👌🏻 nice Continental breakfast with various delicious little breads. Just amazing! Good storage room . Only 5 min walk to train station, bus station in front of hotel. It was so great I came Back Aloe for 1 night. Also good Single rooms for ,workation,

We were there at Christmas with our puppy. The hotel is well located and the rooms spacious with wonderful mountain views from the balcony. The lady at the reception was very friendly and the "choirbli breakfast" is a good continental breakfast. Cafés for more extensive breakfasts are located nearby. In the house it has a very good restaurant for dinner.

We were in a large group at the Cristallo in February 2023. Unbelievable, a double room cost CHF 320 per night and then there was a 1.60m wide bed. Cheeky. I think that should be told to the guest beforehand. And there should be a cost reduction. As soon as my colleague turned over in bed, I woke up.
