AMERON Davos Swiss Mountain Resort

We spent a week at the AMERON Davos and felt very comfortable there. Accessibility was particularly important to us, as my wife relies on a wheelchair. Our accessible room was spacious and practically furnished, the bathroom with a walk-in shower was easy to use, and we were also able to move around the rest of the hotel without any problems. The room was very clean and well-maintained. It only smelled a bit musty when we first entered, but after airing it out thoroughly, this was no longer a problem. We really liked the breakfast: a large selection, good quality, and attentive service. We also ate very well several times at the Bacio della Mamma restaurant. We especially liked the pinsa. The hotel's location is also very pleasant and the underground parking garage is a big advantage. When the handicapped parking space became available, we were able to move our car without any complications. But the people at the AMERON will remain in our memories in particular. During our stay, my wife unexpectedly had to go to the hospital for a few days. In this situation, we experienced extraordinary helpfulness. At the front desk, in the restaurant, and also with housekeeping, they kept asking about her and responded to our situation in a very personal way. My additional overnight stay was organized completely without any complications and I was able to stay in the same room. We have rarely experienced such a combination of good organization, a beautiful hotel, and so much genuine warmth from the staff. Many thanks to the entire team – we would choose the AMERON Davos again at any time.

Menstrual products were missing in the bathroom. Otherwise everything is great and wonderful. Thank you very much for the lovely stay. Breakfast perfect. Everything fresh, delicious, great selection. Coffee from the machine to get yourself. Relaxed atmosphere. Everything is stylishly and elegantly furnished. Spa area is huge and well-maintained. The room was large. The bed was very comfortable. The bed linen was fine. Only drawback: no menstrual products available in the bathroom.

Beautiful hotel with clean and modern rooms, delicious breakfast buffet, great and large spa area, and very friendly staff. The stay was a complete success and the hotel is highly recommended for a vacation in Davos.
