Incredibly friendly (without exception!) and helpful - even in exceptional situations - they did everything for us! In addition, very fine food and a beautiful, clean hotel in a great, quiet location. I am thrilled!

Our specific requests were resolved simply, in a very short time, and with a lot of personal commitment from the receptionist team, either directly by them or by another person responsible for it. That gives us a feeling of being individually noticed, of being at home. We would love to come back 😃
