Hotel Europe

Our findings: - car park is ugly - renovation of the bar causing a lot of noise and a terrible walk to the restaurant area -housekeeping clearly inefficient, they forget to replace towels, clean the balcony or some places in the room, glass damaged not replaced - the reception team is good though and they try hard to make your stay as good as it can be - Management changed the breakfast time without notice to the guests - Rooms are very small and walls so thin that you can hear the next room’s talks - not at all a 4* stay in Davos, far from it

Very friendly staff. A top offer via the provider Aldi including ski tickets. The hotel had few guests, so we had the indoor pool to ourselves. The dinner a la carte was very good. We have booked 2 nights. We were born on 1. Tomorrow breakfast served to the room (it was very rich, we had to give a lot back). That's why the next morning breakfast was taken at the buffet. The toilet in the room should be descaled. The cold water fitting in the bathroom jammed. Access to the car park is a bit cumbersome, but a trump card to be able to book a parking space in the middle of the village. Thank you very much, we will be back.

Very nice hotel. Room is clean and tidy. Very European. I like. I'm from America and this has changed my perspective on how hotels should be like.
