Hotel Cucagna

My Hotel Cucagna stay , in fact is not a simply hotel stay. We were on a trip with a motocycle group. When we reached the hotel it was late to find a place to stay for a night. But the staff was very kind and found a solution in their hotel for 5 of us. They gave us 3 aparts with 2 rooms, kithcen, balconies and bathroom. We had very good food, cold beverages and drinks in their restaurant. Then we decided to make our trip as a round trip and the center was Hotel Cucagna,Disentis.

Stayed here 4 nights on our motorbike tour of alppasses. We left every morning after breakfast and have come back evening dinner time. Our dinner was prepared to our choice by Michael and his lovely wife Manuela. They are very warm and helpfull. Genuine people. Staff in hotel are also very friendly and helpfull. They all did the most to help us even to find some additional places of attraction nearby. To sit in the terrace of bar after all day riding, and have our beers with stunning views were just perfect. I will upload some photos too. I would strongly reccomment the restaurant, bar and hotel to anyone.

Basic but nice hotel with friendly staff. Rooms are big. Staff at the hotel is friendly. They don't serve lunch or dinner but breakfast (which was included in the price) was good. The hotel is located close to the ski piste (500 meters) and the hotel has a complementary shuttle in the morning and the afternoon to bring you to the ski lift. Given the room size this hotel is pefect for families with small children.
