My husband and I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel whilst on a coach tour of Switzerland recently. We were greeted on arrival by Kristian who explained the services his hotel offered. This level of service continued throughout our stay with Kristian checking that guests were happy with their meals etc. The food in the restaurant was outstanding and also breakfast was excellent. The hotel is in a great location close to the railway station and cable car. We would highly recommend this hotel.
